Wednesday Nights for the Entire Family

Regular Wednesday evening schedule:
5:30pm - Wednesday night meal in the Fellowship Hall
6:00pm - AWANA for Kids (3's-5th grade...see below for more information)
6:30pm - Youth worship in the Chapel
6:30pm - Singles Bible Study
6:30pm - Prayer and Bible Study w/ the Pastor in the Fellowship Hall
6:30pm - Men's Fraternity (open to men of all ages)
6:30pm - Women's Heart to Heart (Bible study, eating, encouragement, prayer and praise)
7:30pm - Choir practice

AWANA INFORMATION
Parents...look no further! Awana is the leading ministry that is helping local churches reach children for Christ! Awana blends Bible teaching, Scripture memorization and tons of fun. Our brand new Awana ministry at Parkview will impact kids, their families and our community. More than 11,000 American churches and 3,800 churches overseas are using the Awana program. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful program for children that will impact their lives to know and grow in Christ!

Registration is $20 for PBC Members and $10 for Guests.

***Registration fees cover the cost of your child’s Awana uniform and workbook. Make sure and download the registration form and get it in along with your payment today!

Cubbies: Awana for Pre-Schoolers focuses on 2 premises:
(1) Young children can and should receive spiritual training;
(2) Home is the primary place for spiritual training.
Awana is fun with a purpose - to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.

Sparks: Awana for children in Kindergarten - 2nd Grade builds on the material taught in the preschool club. The aim of the curriculum is to take youngsters a step deeper into God’s Word while giving unsaved children regular opportunities to hear the gospel and come to faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Sparks club meetings combine learning with fun to create an atmosphere of irresistible excitement for churched and unchurched kids alike.

Truth & Training (T&T): Awana for children in 3rd - 5th Grade teaches boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and trains them to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow - today. Evangelism and discipleship go hand in hand in this program.
